STANDARD COPPER CLAD FR4
Our standard grade copper clad FR4 (difunctional, multifunctional epoxy) is ideally suited for applications that require a basic copper laminate configuration. It is used widely in burn-in boards and prototypes but not excluded from high-end situations where a reliable substrate is needed. This copper clad material is engineered for performance and holds its integrity very well under chemical and thermal environments. The copper foil is a GRADE 3 HTE commonly available in 1/2 oz, 1 oz, and 2 oz weights. Call for weights up to six ounces. Copper Clad PC Boards can be double-sided or single-sided. A very good dielectric material that will be durable and stable for many uses, this material conforms to IPC 4101B/21 specifications and is UL94-VO rated.
