IPC-4101b/21
Our standard grade copper clad FR4 (tetrafunctional epoxy) is ideally suited for applications that require a basic copper laminate configuration. Copper Clad PC Boards can be double sided or single sided. This copper clad material is engineered for performance and holds its integrity very well under chemical and thermal environmentsUsed widely in burn in boards and prototypes, but not excluded from high-end situations where a reliable substrate is needed. The copper foil is a GRADE 3 HTE available in 1/2 oz, 1 oz, and 2 oz weights as a standard or call for 2.5 ounces or higher. A very good dielectric material that will be durable and stable for many uses.
