IPC-4101b/20
IPC4101B/20 material is our Cryogenic G10 clad with copper foil. The G10CR substrate conforms to MIL-I-24768/2 Type GEE. Commonly used in cryogenic, nuclear and space applications, the G10CR substrate is sometimes required to meet stringent government and military specifications. Mechanically and structurally similar to FR4 material, our G10CR can be copper clad to meet the IPC4101B/20 spec and can also be colored for aesthetic use and PC board applications. It is not flame retardant and should not be used in applications where flame retardancy is necessary.
